Work Orders:

If you have work that needs to be taken care of by the Association in your unit or around the building and the grounds, please let us know. Please be specific about what needs to be repaired and its exact location. We will get back to you after we have determined if it is the Associations responsible for the repair. This will be done in a timely manner. If you have an emergency call our office 954-289-0660 during office hours M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm. If the office is closed press 5 and the call will be routed to our emergency service line, and follow the instructions.

If you know of anyone in violation of our governing documents or any of our rules and regulations, please complete the form below and will work on resolving the problem as quickly as possible. Your identity will be withheld unless you give us permission to divulge it. In any regard I will contact you to discuss the matter before moving forward.

Please outline the complaint issue or problem giving as many details as possible. I will do whatever can be done to resolve the problem without giving up your identity without your permission.
